Ⅱ.Operation instructions of the control button:

1. Turn the power switch ON switch indicator light on, the man-machine interface display will be on, and the temperature controller will be displayed on.

2. After the power is turned on, the machine will cut itself, so that the cutting cutter will stop at the top, and in standby state, press the start button to produce automatically.

3. Reset the current output value of the human-machine interface to zero, set the required quantity of output, and wait for the heater to heat up to the required temperature, the required temperature can be controlled by the temperature controller, and the temperature range is 0~200°C.

4. When the temperature reaches the set temperature, the heating lamp on the temperature controller will change from green to red, indicating that the heater has reached the required temperature, and the machine will start to run after pressing the start, until the required number of finished products is reached. And in mechanical operation the heating temperature is determined by the temperature

The controller automatically heats up the heater to keep the heater within the set temperature range of +/-5°C.

5. In the mechanical operation, to stop the stepper motor, you must press the stop button.

Ⅲ.Controller function

1. Power switch: controller mechanical, electrical, electric power ON/OFF

2. Start: Make the mechanical stepper motor run.

3. Stop: Stop the mechanical stepper motor.

4. Send: Roll out the paper molding.

5. Cut: Cut the part of the paper that is pushed out.

6. Thermostat: set the working temperature of the heater

(range 0~200°C)
