Product Description

Armature Rotor Bearing Assembly With Servo Device Precise Device WIND-S32-3T

1)Application:

Operation: press-fit bearings onto rotor shafts (bearing-to-shaft assembly).
Bearing types: primarily sealed deep-groove ball bearings and some sensor bearings
      (examples include 6202/6203/6302/6303/6304/6204/6305/6306 series).
  Process control & traceability
Servo press must support position control (and velocity control), with programmable “recipes” by bearing/rotor series.
Built-in force–displacement curve monitoring with high/low limits.
Data logging per assembly (curve + peak force + displacement + timestamp + recipe ID + operator ID if available).
Ability to export data (CSV or database).
 Capacity / mechanical
Stroke and daylight: enough to accommodate typical rotor shaft lengths with proper support (a standard configuration and options).
Tooling: quick-change inner-ring push tools/mandrels for multiple bearing sizes + adjustable fixtures to support the rotor and maintain alignment/concentricity.
Changeover: target simple changeover between bearing sizes/rotor series.

Advantages:

1. The ball bearing is single side, wide application of big rotor and ball bearing, make sure precisely

2. 100% degree of satisfaction from motor manufacturer users after 12months

Question & Answer

Emily,

We have a few questions.

*Are you planning to provide a press cup to push on the top of the shaft?

*We didn’t see a positive stop to limit shaft to commutator placement.

*Could you explain the theory to keep the commutator placement within the print specs of .13” from lower bearing journal shoulder? It looks like the shaft will continue being pressed until spring is fully compressed. If so how repeatable will that be?, and is that going to endure repeated compression cycles, and being bottomed out repeatedly?
