the production capacity is about 220pcs per day with WIND AUTOMATION two working station stator winder WIND-8002D,
The normal winding speed is around 1200RPM,
Anyway production capacity is not only related to winding speed,
but also indexing speed, the speed your operator put on insultions,
Per motor manufacturers' experience,
you can have 2 operators to work together to imporve the machine's winding efficiency,
Also, for stator with different stack height, the tooling need to be changed,
