1. DC Cooling state resistance test

Test method :Four points,with auto correctting ambient temperature function

the standard temperature can be set, wire connection according to buyer’s requirement

Test range: 0.01Ω--1000Ω

Test tolerance: ±0.5%

2. Dielectric strength

Pass high voltage between phases

Test condition: AC 100V-3000V adjustable

Voltage tolerance : ±2.5%

current leakage range : 0.1-20mA

Current tolerance: ±1%

Time: 1sec～10sec(software setting)

3. Insulation Resistance

Test condition: DC 500V / 1000V

Range: 1MΩ～1000MΩ

Tolerance: ±2.5%

4. Turn to Turn Insulation

Test condition: Taking a qualified stator as the standard sample, and save its test curve and data in

computer. Then comparing the values of standard one and the to-be-tested stator, calculating the area

and the relative error value of frequency , and then figure out the upper limit value of relative error value.

Pulse voltage peak value: 100V-3000V

Pulse peak value tolerance: ±2.5%

Suitable for detection of small inductive stators

Criterion value setting: conclude as per the percentage of △S and △f, setting range is 1%-99%
