Universal Dc Commutator Motor Armature Fully Automatic Production Line
S3 belt-convey armature production line is designed for ensuring high production efficiency, consistence quality of motor armature. Each machine in the line takes armature automatically from the belt, same function machine has separated conveyer to ensure the max production efficiency distribution, each machine operates with 7’’—10.4’’ touch screen. Equipped with special purpose reading-writing coder and magnetic card unit, it could identify armature status and process.

Process 1:

Shaft pressing→end shield pressing→commutator pressing→insulation paper inserting→armature

winding and fusing(1) →armature winding and fusing(2) →armature winding and fusing(3) →wedge blade

inserting→testing

Process 2:

Armature trickle impregnation

Process 3:

Commutator turning and cleaning→armature balancing→testing
