New Energy Motor Inserter is a special device for the S/B insert of the drive motor. The device consists of

the body part, the paper feed part, the paper forming heating part, the paper feed part, the paper cutting

and the servo indexing part, and the servo motor accurate indexing ensures accurate and consistent

inserts, high speed and automation, and can be equipped with automated assembly line operations.

It can insert paper for different number of slots and different diameters of drive motor stator.

Raw material is a roll of insulation paper with the appropriate width.

The paper inserting machine carry the paper, guiding,heating, forming, feeding and cutting-off

mechanisms
