Application:

The commutator includes the hook type commutator, the slot type commutator, etc.

The hook type commutator should process the milling grooves of the mica groove and the hook groove,

and the slot type commutator should process the Miller of the mica groove and the copper wire slot,

and the milling groove is finished on the commutator slotting machine.

​Attention:

During the commutator slotting process, splashed copper chips are mixed in the air around the controller.

These chips of copper cut the circuit board and components of the controller at all times and cause a

short circuit between the wires! If an abnormal situation occurs during work, immediately stop working and

switch off the power quickly. Then use 4-6kg / cm pressure of dry compressed air blow off the control

board and the drive board copper cutting powder, make sure the circuit board and components without

copper cutting powder, and then restart the work.
