Question & Answer

We have a problem with our needle winding machine.

 

Please see the attached photos.

 

I guess that the pressure switch is defective. Air pressure is applied

to the machine for sure.

Questions:

- Can you send us a new pressure switch and what is the price?

- Can we work without this pressure switch?

- Is there a way to bridge the pressure switch?

 

I would be grateful for a good and quick help.

Would you please check below two ways?

1. Check if the pressure is there at outlet location (exit for the water, red marked)

2. If there is no pressure at outlet location, then check if there is something blocked at inlet location

3. Please check if the sissor(cutter) can work or not,

By the way, there is no history of pressure switch issue,
