1.Application

This slot cell forming and inserting machine WIND-CZ stator insulation paper form,folder, cut and

inserting insulation paper for generator alternator motor slot.

2. Operation process

• Load stator and press start button.
• Unload stator and transfer stator to next station.

3. Station introduction

• Fast tooling change design within 20 min.
• The equipment adopts PLC control, step motor feeding paper, indexing, touch screen display and adjust the parameters; Machine is controlled by PLC, while paper feeding and indexing are controlled by stepping motor. All thee parameters can be displayed and programmed on the touch screen.
• Operation height is 1050mm.

4. Machine configuration

• Remark

This paper inserting machine covers a stack length range within 20-42mm.

No need to change tooling for different stack length, but mechanical adjustment.
