Generator Coil Winding Insertion Machine After Alternator Coil Winder

1. Winding insertion machine operation process

• Put the wedge form onto wedge inserting tooling, press start button to start cutting and inserting wedge.
• Put the wedge form onto coil inserting tooling, and then press start button, wedge will automatically be inserted into the tooling. The unload the wedge form.
• Put the winding form onto the coil inserting tooling. Manually push the wire to the bottom. Then take out the winding form
• Put positioner into coil inserting tooling.Then load stator(after slot paper inserted) into the coil inserting tooling.
• Press start button, coil winding machine will automatically do coil and wedge inserting process. Unload stator after finishing the whole process

• Station Introduction
• The machine adopts automatic stepping wedge feeding and automatic wedge cutting mechanism. Wedge length can be adjusted as per requirement.
• Coil feeding is done by stepping motor. With torque senor and over loading automatic stop system, it can protect the mold needle from damage.
• Fast tooling change design within 20 min.
• All the switches on the machine is button switch.
• Operating time is 45s.
• Operation height is 1050mm.

  This coil inserting machine covers a stack length range within 20-42mm. 

• No need to change tooling for different stack length, but mechanical adjustment.
