Application:

For small amont armature rotor stator electrostatic powder coating or laboratory experiment use,

Aerosol motor insulation coating process need three main device,

Electrostatic powder coating machine, High-frequency heating device, Oven Curing.

1. Laboratory coating equipment WIND-APC-L, the device using electrostatic coating, the workpiece is first

    tightened with the tooling, inserted into the shaft of the adjustable speed motor shaft preset, start the

    pulse powder recovery equipment, start the speed motor, Open the electrostatic coating button.

2. After the coating of the workpiece is completed, remove the workpiece and place it in a high-frequency

    heating device to melt the powder.

3.Then remove the tooling and place it in the oven to cure it.
