A1: One person and less than 5 minutes.

A2: Yes, you can. The plug can be customized. And our blower complys with UL or CE.
Q3: How to clean the inflatables?
A3: Just use soap and water, no solvents. And dry it before store.
Q4: How can you guarantee the quality?
A4: Every piece of inflatable product will be inspected strictly before shipping. And it will be inflated for three days to check the sealing performance.

A5: 12 days for the production, and the shipping takes from 5 days to 40 days.

Maintain & Storage:
1. Disinfect and clean the balloon regularly.
2. Check the ball before using. Any damage, please mend it with repair kit (material patches and glue).
3. After use, please remove sundries outside and inside the balloon.
4. Before packing, make sure the ball is clean and dry. Then store it in cool and dry place.
