30×50m High-Safety Air-Supported Membrane Building – 1,500m² Modular Dome Solution
The AirBrother 30×50m Air-Supported Membrane Building is a high-safety, modular, fast-delivery large-span structure designed for multi-functional indoor use. Operating on a continuous internal positive pressure system (200–300Pa), this column-free architectural solution eliminates the need for traditional steel pillars, creating a bright, open, and highly flexible interior space.
Engineered for both temporary and semi-permanent operations, it is the premier choice for sports arenas, indoor RC racing tracks, exhibition halls, and event venues.
| Item | Configuration |

| Main Entrance Opening | Width 4.5m – 5.0m × Height 4.2m – 4.5m |
The dome utilizes high-grade architectural membrane materials, ensuring longevity and safety across extreme climates.
- Membrane Material: Double-sided PVC-coated polyester fabric (Recommended 850–1100 g/m², thickness ~0.70–0.90mm)
- Target Service Life: ≥ 8–10 years
- Operating Temperature: -20°C to +60°C
- Flame-Retardant Rating: Meets EN 13501-1 B-s1,d0 / B-s2,d0 or GB 8624 B1 (B1级)
- Wind Resistance: Designed for operating wind speeds ≥ 28 m/s
- Snow Load Capacity: Roof snow load ≥ 0.50 kN/m² (with snow-pressure increase strategy)
Continuous fan-driven air supply maintains stable internal pressure. The system includes automatic pressure control, high-wind/snow mode adjustments, maximum safe pressure limits, overpressure relief devices, and low-pressure alarms.
To guarantee 100% operational safety, the system employs an N+1 redundant fan configuration. If any primary fan fails, backup units seamlessly maintain required pressure while triggering an automatic alarm.
Integrated with a comprehensive emergency plan including backup power supply / generator interface, UPS for control power, and audible/visual alarms with clear personnel evacuation protocols.
To prevent rapid pressure loss during entry, the main entrance utilizes advanced airlocks including air-lock lobby, revolving doors, high-speed rolling doors, or double-door systems.
Reliable webbing and hanging points support lightweight equipment with single-point load capacity ≥ 25 kg. Applications include LED lighting systems, HVAC ducts, cable management, and display installations.
Exterior membrane in industrial white or light gray balances natural lighting with heat reflection. Optional transparent or translucent daylighting strips can be integrated for enhanced illumination.
Reserved interfaces (DN500–DN800 round, or 600×600mm / 800×800mm rectangular) with reinforced flanges and rainproof structures for easy connection to environmental control systems.
Minimum of 4 personnel/emergency exits recommended, optimized for local fire evacuation and safety requirements.
- Anchoring System: Continuous foundation/ground beam systems with clamping grooves and anchoring rails—strictly excluding temporary sandbags as the main method
- Drainage System: Continuous perimeter drainage channels with drainage points set every 10–15 meters
- Condensation Control: Supports double-layer membranes, thermal insulation liners, mechanical ventilation, and anti-dripping designs for moisture prevention
AirBrother ensures full compliance with international structural standards (EN 13782, EN 1991-1-4/1-3) and Chinese standards (CECS 158, T/CECS 1323, GB 50009, GB 55001).
- Design Documents: Floor plans, section drawings, module division plans, and anchoring layouts
- Technical Documents: Material data sheets, flame-retardant test reports, structural calculation summaries, and wind/snow load descriptions
- Quotation Documents: Itemized pricing for membrane modules, doors, fan/control systems, packaging, and optional extras
- Logistics Data: Packaging sizes, total gross weight, CBM volume, and container compatibility
