2. Rubber Track Introduction:

The rubber track is usually an annular body formed by compression molding and vulcanization of rubber, core gold, and cord material.

Pattern: The geometry of the outer layer of the rubber track.

Pattern Side Adhesive: The outer side of the rubber track, which is opposite to the ground when walking. Side rubber: The inner rubber of the rubber track, which is opposite to the runner when walking.

Steel Core: The part of the rubber track that transmits power, guidance, and lateral support.

Strong layer: The skeleton layer in the rubber track that bears tension and transmits power, usually steel cord (rope) and other materials.

Pitch: The center distance between adjacent two-steel corein a flat portion of a rubber track.

Guide angle: The convex portion that guides the rubber crawler. Orbit: A specific part of the guide angle that defines the direction of travel of the train.

4. Delivery and Packing

Production time is around 10-15 days for 2 pieces,the actual time need to be confirmed before order.

We need to check the schedule of the rubber track orders when you plan to order.

After finished production,the rubber tracks will be packing on the pallet after QC prodedure.

The pallet we use is standard export for sea shipping.

Covered with stretch film and rope.

1. On T/T term,30% down payment is required in advance,and 70% balance shall be settled before shipment.

2. On L/C term,100% irrevocable L/C without"soft clauses"can be accepted.Please seek the advice from the individual sales manager you work with.
