Product Overview
The JYJ-40 Steel Rebar Cold Extrusion Machine is specialized equipment designed for connecting two steel rebars using a steel connecting sleeve. Through cold extrusion technology, the sleeve is compressed to create a permanent, high-strength bond between reinforcement bars.
Applications
Ideal for construction projects including reinforced concrete structures, high-rise buildings, roads, highways, railways, tunnels, bridges, airport construction, flood control levees, seismic-resistant buildings, and marine breakwater dams.
Operation Method
Insert the steel rebar into the cold extrusion joint, then insert the second rebar. Verify proper insertion alignment and use the steel cold extrusion squeezing pliers to complete the connection. Operation is simplified with directional control valve operation.
