After sales: If there are any defects or shortage from the bulk after arriving at buyer's warehouse, based on the actual inspection report, we will offer a reasonable solution at fastest time.

Yes, A4 samples will be free but the postage will be collected.

Normally, 3-5 days for lab-dip
Q3: Do I need to pay deposit when contract is done?
Yes, 30% deposit within 3 working days is required. Our delivery time is based on the date that your deposit is already on our account.

We can provide OEM service. It will depend on your requests; your logo will be customized on our products.
