A2. Of course. Our clay bricks tiles are made of well-known natural clay

sources in Quang Ninh province, processed with modern production line,

applied advanced technology from Europe which minimizes emission into

environment.

Q3. Do you commit 100% about technical characters of products?

A3. We have to notice that our products are built by complete natural factors,

even colors. Therefore it contains unavoidable errors but staying at

acceptable degree of building material world.

Q4. What about your payment?

A4. We both accept: T/T & L/C. Payment term: 30% deposit in advance, the

balance paid before shipment.

Q5. How about delivery time? Can I get goods immediately?

A5. We always have available good in stock but normally it take about 10~15

days depend on final confirmation, if out of stock goods have to rearrange

it take a month or more.

Q6. Do you offer free samples?

A6. Yes, we can. Whatever models you want, just give us shipping details.
