How to select reflow soldering

The reflow soldering for different products is also different. Here we use a soft light band as an example. It should be noted that the reflow temperature must be controlled well. If the solder paste is too low to melt, cold soldering will occur; Too high, PFC is easy to bubble. Also, the preheating temperature should be appropriate. The flux volatilizes incompletely when it is too low, and there is residue after reflow, which affects the appearance; Too high will lead to premature volatilization of the flux, resulting in faulty soldering during reflow, and possibly tin beads.
