RT-1 has higher speed and higher accuracy than other middle machines.It has 10 heads, each head is control independently by servo motor, guarantee the placement accuracy of the machine.the mounting head will mount components from feeder station and then mount it on the PCB board.

3.RT-1 is a multi-functional machine, it has vision flight identification camera, mark correction. It ensure that each components pass through the camera and the camera can find the not so good picking components and let machine to adjust the component automatically. Even if there is missing position, machine can automatically feeding.
