Details of SMT Reflow Oven
Reflow oven/soldering is one of the three main processes in SMT mount process. Reflow soldering is mainly used to weld the installed components of the circuit board, by heating the solder paste to melt the solder paste so that the patch components and the PCB pad fusion welding together, and then through the reflow of the cooling solder paste to cool the element and the pad curing together.
Unique advanced heating system with long life
1.Using the world-leading small circulation technology, the whole furnace is divided into independent communities. The temperature curve of PCB welding is very high, which is very suitable for the welding of components with small space window in lead-free process.
2.Independent upper and lower heating modules, independent hot air circulation, double welding zone or three welding zone setting.
3.Modular design is adopted in each temperature zone, high temperature long axis hot air motor and high thermal nickel chromium heating wire. Take about 20 minutes from room temperature to constant temperature.
Cooling and convenient flux recovery system
1.The forced cooling system adopts a two-stage forced air cooling temperature zone to meet the lead-free process; Smooth cooling curve, no abrupt change, full heat exchange, maximum cooling rate up to -5℃/S.
2.Flux collection system, can keep the furnace clean for a long time, exhaust gas emission more environmental protection. The gas separated by nitrogen furnace can be recycled to save nitrogen.
