What is steel mesh?
1: stencils, also known as SMT Stencil, is a special SMT mold. Its main function is to help the deposition of solder paste; The aim is to transfer the exact amount of solder paste to the exact location on the empty PCB.
Note:
1, handle lightly;
2. Before use, the steel mesh should be cleaned (wiped) to remove the dirt carried in the transportation process;
3, tin paste or red glue to stir evenly, so as not to block open kongming;
4. Adjust the printing pressure to the best: the pressure is the best when the scraper can just scrape the solder paste (red glue) on the steel net;
5. It is best to use board printing when printing;
6. After the scraper travel is finished, it is best to stop for 2 ~ 3 seconds before demoulding, and the demoulding speed should not be too fast;
7. Do not hit the steel mesh with hard objects or sharp tools;
8, the steel mesh should be cleaned in time after use, and back to the packing box, placed on the special storage shelf.
