The dual-module pick and place machine can produce two identical PCB boards at the same time, improving production efficiency. Under optimal conditions, the production capacity can reach 80000CPH, and the precision is very high, and the minimum mounted components can reach 0201.

Vacuum sensing device:each pick and place machine head with independent detection function,which improves the stability of the equipment and the reliability of the product.
Ultra high speed capability:adopt high end magnetic linear motor,servo system and multi function modular head,the capability increased by 25% compared with traditional pick and place machine,optimum placement speed reach 80000CPH.
