High-performance placement machine

High-performance placement machines generally use visual alignment systems. The visual centering system uses digital image processing technology. When the suction nozzle on the placement head picks up the component, it is captured by a camera fixed on the placement head or a certain position on the fuselage during the process of moving to the placement position. Image, and through the optical density distribution of the image detection element, these optical densities are digitally passed through the CCD optocoupler array composed of many small and precise photosensitive elements on the camera, and the gray value of 0-255 levels is output. The gray value is proportional to the optical density, the larger the gray value, the clearer the digital image. The digital information is stored, coded, amplified, sorted and analyzed, and the results are fed back to the control unit, and the processing results are output to the servo system to adjust the position deviation absorbed by the compensation components, and finally complete the placement operation.
