1. The forced cooling system adopts two-stage forced air cooling temperature zone to meet the lead-free process; the cooling curve is smooth, without abrupt change, full heat exchange, the slope can be controlled by frequency conversion, the tin point is smooth and bright, and the maximum cooling rate can reach -5℃ /S.
2. The flux collection system can keep the furnace clean for a long time, and the exhaust gas emission is more environmentally friendly. The gas separated in the nitrogen furnace can be recycled to save nitrogen.
