SMT production line
In the automatic smt production line, loader machine send board to printer, then through the conveyor, pcb board sent to pick and place machine from printer, after mounting components, pcb board sent to reflow oven, once again bonding the reinforcing element to the pcb board. Lastely, unloader machine would collete the processed pcb board.
ET-F400 apply to smt production line, it is automatic, totally printing by machine.
PCB size
ET-F400 max pcb size is 400*340 mm, min size is 50*50 mm, thickness is 0.4-6 mm, pcb warpage no more than one percent.
PCB location
PCB support system is magnetic pin/up-down table adjust/supportblock. Clamping system is side clamping and vacuum nozzle.
Screen frames
ET-F400 max screen frames size is 737*737 mm, mmin size is 370*370 mm, thickness is 25-40 mm.
Transport system
ET-F400 transport height is 860-940 mm, transport direction is left-right, right-left, left-left or right-right. Max transport speed is 1500mm/s programmable.
Print head
ET-F400 have two independent motorised printheads.
