Application of reflow oven
In the main application of reflow soldering and SMT process, in the SMT process, the main function of reflow soldering is to put the PCB board with components attached into the track of the reflow soldering machine, after heating, heat preservation, soldering, cooling, etc.
The solder paste is changed from a paste to a liquid at a high temperature, and then cooled to a solid state, thereby effecting soldering of the chip electronic component and the PCB.

R6 is one moudule of reflow oven, it is length is 3600mm, width is 1000mm, height is 1490mm, it is total weight is 700KG with Computer gray color.
Heating system
R6 have up6 heating zones and one cooling zone with 2.5m hengting zones.
The heating mode is hot air and cooling mode is force air.
Conveyor system
1. It can suitable for max pcb width is 350 mm and 0-300 mm rail width
2. The transmission net height is 880±20mm with mesh and chain transmission type
3. The range of rail width is 0-300 mm
4. The conveyor speed is 0-1500 mm/min
