The difference between automatic and semi-automatic
Semi-automatic printing machine: simple operation, fast printing speed and simple structure. The disadvantage is that the printing process parameters can be controlled less, the printing alignment is not high, and the solder paste is poorly removed. Generally, it is suitable for components and pins of 0603 (inch). PCB printing process with a pitch greater than 1.27mm.
Fully automatic printing machine: high precision of printing alignment, good stripping effect of solder paste, stable printing process, suitable for printing of dense pitch components, the disadvantage is high maintenance cost and high requirements for the operator's knowledge level.
