The features of double track send board loader
1) Mainly used in front of the SMT dual-track production line, the PCB board is stored in the back-end equipment through the material frame storage, and has the function of automatic board feeding.
2) The control system adopts PLC control, and the operation interface adopts touch screen, which has stable performance and convenient operation.
3) The frame structure is made of sheet metal welding, aluminum profile construction and surface painting treatment.
4) The lifting structure adopts the motor lifting setting, and the effective setting step can be selected as follows; 10mm, 20mm, 30mm, 40mm, optional inverter.
5) The plate feeding mode adopts the cylinder type, and an automatic air venting device can be installed to ensure that the PCB will not be pushed and damaged, and the process loss is reduced.
6) The frame entry mode adopts the downward movement and the upper frame, which effectively shortens the frame replacement time.
7) Equipped with a standard SMEMA signal port for online connection to any other device.
8) An anti-static cover and an L-type plate feeder can be added as needed.
