ET-UL460 is the unloader machine of the basic function in smt production line, it is automatically, unloader the pcb totall by machine.
Advantage
1. The equipment covers a small area, length 0.535M* width 0.53M* height 5.65M, saving space use costs.
2. Push the PCB board system device, using a custom-loaded motor with a thrust area of 0.03 square, which is balanced in one plane thrust and one-tenth of a thrust rate. Ensure that the board is never stuck and the PCB is damaged.
3. The upper and lower clamp frame devices adopt a three-dimensional clamp frame system to ensure that the frame is not damaged, and the straight-axis lifting system is positioned accurately. The frame-out position and the lower-position machine ensure that the plate is never blocked.
