Function of pick and place

Put the printed FPC on the jig and transfer it to the placement machine through the automatic board feeder for placement.

The program of the placement machine is prepared in advance. When the machine recognizes that there is a board, it will automatically pick up the material for placement. The first board to be mounted should be inspected for the first piece, mainly to check the specifications of the components, the placement position, the polarity of the components, the presence or absence of missing stickers, multiple stickers, and whether the printing of solder paste is suitable.

As long as there is no problem with the mounting of the first board, the subsequent production will be very stable.
