Operation

1. Check the equipment before operation and start up according to the operating rules;

3. Place the screen on the printing machine according to the direction of the screen arrow;

4. Select the corresponding printing procedures according to the products produced, enter the adjustment mode for screen plate calibration, and debug the printing state;

5. Printing adjustment: adjust the printing speed, pressure and Angle to make the amount of solder paste printed on the PCB solder pad even;

6. The first part shall be confirmed by the technician and mass produced after passing the standard;

7. Every 30 printed sheets shall be inspected by the inspector and sent to the mounter after passing the inspection;

8, after the operation, take off the screen and clean, according to the operating procedures for shutdown, and clean the working table.
