F7S Main Features

1. Total 1400 kg with 2.7m length, 2.45m width, 1.53 height.
2. Suitable for max PCB size is 1200*330mm.
3. PCB clamping adopt unique design, adjustable pressure pneumatic.
4. F7S as the high speed machine with 170000 CPH, the mounting mode is group picking and group mounting, feeding missing components automatically.
5. Camera functions: there are 5 sets of imported camera for vision alignment and mark correction.
6. 1 set motion control card module, it is independent research and development by ETON.

Here is the line design of F7S, this production line apply to 0.6m/1.2m led tube or 0.5m/1m led strip light or led panel light, etc .

This SMT Line is high capacity with 150000-170000 chip per hour.

How can I got 5 meters strip light by 0.5m?
