Functions of lens

• The lens can make the light emitted by the point light source converge or diverge, and play the role of changing the beam angle, so as to change the illumination area and illumination of the illuminated surface.
• The purpose of the degree value. The light shape of the lens is the most standard, which can have obvious light and dark cutting lines, and solves the problem of astigmatism through the effect of light collection.

Features of lens

• Because the lens has a strong light-gathering ability, it is used to illuminate the road, not only the road is bright, but also clear
• Due to the small dispersion of light, its range of light is far and clearer than ordinary halogen lamps
• Compared with the headlights with traditional lamp caps, the headlights with lens-type lamp caps have uniform brightness and strong penetrating power, so they have stronger penetrating power no matter in rainy or foggy weather.
• No matter the distance, the lamp cover (reflector) is not much different from the lens. In terms of uniformity, the lens will be better than the reflector
• Use a small-angle LED lens, the effect is better than the lampshade, because it has to shoot far! The lampshade has collected light through the lens (because the LED itself must have a lens) and then passes through the lightshade to collect light, this time will waste a lot of light Yes, it is better to condense the light in the lens, and the light-emitting angle of the lens is easy to handle
• In contrast, the lampshade has a wide range of uniform points, but the projection is not good, and the lens is the opposite
• The LED penetration is more high-end

SMT Line for led lens lighting

LED Panel, street light, floor light, Spotlights, lighting box, led tv are the most normal led lighting we saw in usually. And for different king of led lighting, there are different lens lighting size and the number of lens lighting.

But for most of lens lighting, the PCB size are more than 300 mm , the length are require at least 600 mm-1200 mm. That is means the machine need at least suitable for mounting 1200*300 mm-1200*500 mm conveyor size.

Besides mounting lens require high precision machine, it is more complicated than mounting led chip. Of courser, you could choose using lens module and save the cost of mounting lens.

So there are two ways for making led lens lighting , One is mounting led chip at first and then use another smt line mounting lens again. Two is only mounting led chip and using the lens module directly for save the lens machine cost.
