HT-F7S has dual arm that can mounter 2~4 type of materials and the capacity reach 180000CPH.The pick and place machine has 34 PCS heads and 68 PCS feeders station.Suitable for production 0.6M,0.9M,1.2M rigid PCB and 0.5M,1M LED flexible strip. And it can mount any proportion of LED chip,resistor,capacitors,bridge rectifiers etc.

Product details
stepper motor:The track width is adjusted by the belt connecting screw driven by the width adjusting motor, which is suitable for the installation of different circuit boards by customers. The transport motor drives the belt to move, which drives the transmission of the circuit board.
Servo motor:After the servo motor is powered on, the forward and reverse rotation are connected with the screw rod through the coupling to drive the screw rod to rotate, so as to drive (mounting head and transportation platform) to make linear reciprocating motion. A servo motor controls a screw.
The electromagnetic valve:The mechanical movement of the suction nozzle is controlled by controlling the on-off current of the electromagnet.
