SMT Line solution
Semi-auto line for production which needs several devices for a whole semi production, as semi auto stencil printer machine, conveyor, pick and place machine and reflow oven etc.

1. Semi auto stencil printer is aim of leaking solder paste or patching adhesive onto the solder pad of PCB to prepare for the welding of components;
2. Conveyor is used for the connection between SMT production lines, as well as buffering, testing, testing PCB boards or manual plug-in of electronic components;
3. Pick and place machine is to mount light beads or other surface mounted components at the designated position of PCB board；
4. Reflow oven is to melt the solder paste to fix and bond the components and PCB board.

Our package of the machine is in the aim of keeping safety and quality condition of the machine when in transportation, for the heavy machine, we use foam cotton prevent the dust and water, packing vacuum paper and moisture proof bag within a sturdy wooden box to transport to the specified port.

Q1. Can you accept CFI as the quoted price?
A1. We only accept EXW as the quoted price for it is convenient and lower cost for both sides.
 
Q2. What is your actual speed of your products?
A2. For the actual speed of the machine which is constrained by many factors, that related to the number of the components, the time to send PCB board and receive the board that will have influence on the speed when in production, and is decide for the actual products and needs.
 
Q3. How many components can your pick and place machine mount in a PCB board?
A3. While this is for our clients needs and the size of the PCB board.
