Each suction nozzle is independent of angle, and four cameras, in addition to LED lamp can mount the traditional., bulb,DOB,street light, ceiling light, led tube, LED drive power, panel light and so on can be freely mounted.
3, high precision: X, Y axis are equipped with high-end magnetic linear motor, Z axis imported servo motor control, enhance the smooth coordination of equipment movement, reduce abnormal noise, greatly improve the accuracy and speed of the patch.
4, SMT specifications: platform 1200X300mm, applicable to the current market of 99% LED products;
5. Visual system, online programming with visual programming software; automatic recognition by visual camera to ensure placement accuracy.
6: The software interface is simple and elegant, and the functions are practical. The mark camera scans the mark points on the PCB board to fine-tune the point coordinates to achieve high-precision placement without manual input of component coordinates, which is fast, convenient, and simple.
