Review shell and tooling requirements

• Send the shell drawing, mating interfaces, wall thickness and requested alloy.
• Identify tooling-related requirements, openings, threads and surfaces requiring machining.
• State any specified finish or enclosure acceptance tests; sealing or protection ratings are not assumed from the product name.

Material, finishing and inspection

Confirm the alloy grade, delivery condition, surface finish and acceptance criteria before ordering. Dimensions and tolerances are defined feature by feature on the approved drawing; no single tolerance, hardness or thermal conductivity value is claimed for every part. Any required material records or test reports should be listed with the enquiry.
