Excavator Bushings to Customer Drawing
An excavator bushing should be matched to its part drawing and installation position. Use the machine and part references to identify the enquiry, then confirm dimensions and material before accepting a replacement.
Supply an unambiguous dimensional specification
- Identify the excavator model, installation position and available part number.
- State bore diameter, outside diameter and length with units and tolerances.
- Show lubrication grooves, cross-holes, flanges and end details.
Check the original material and replacement basis
Specify the material and delivery condition from the drawing or purchasing specification. A list of unlabelled sizes does not establish which part will fit, and a machine application alone does not establish the alloy.
Information to include with your enquiry
Attach photographs or sample information if a drawing is unavailable. Ask for the proposed dimensions and material to be documented for review; do not use worn sample measurements as finished acceptance limits without checking the mating assembly.
