Gray Iron cast tubes are made from HT200,HT250,HT300.With addition of Mo,Ni,Cu,the strength of the sleeves are enhanced.
Special Characteristics :
1. The diameter of the cast sleeves can be made from DN50-DN450mm.
2. We can do fully machining on the sleeves to achive the surface finish Ra6.3,Ra3.2,Ra1.6,Ra0.8.
3.The chemlcal elements of the cast sleeves are checked on our Spetrometer.
4. Higher efficiency and shorter lead time can be assured with our Centrifugal Cast process.
5. We can provide OEM and ODM service to make the tubes for you.
