Tungsten carbide electrode is a surfacing electrode with a low-hydrogen sodium coating with carbon steel
as the core. Relying on the transition of tungsten carbide alloy in the drug skin, the tungsten content of the
surfacing metal is 40% to 50%.
TIG welding (Tungsten Inert Gas Welding), also known as non-melting inert gas shielded arc welding. The
method of adding filler wire with TIG welding is often used for the bottom welding of pressure vessels,
because the airtightness of TIG welding is better to reduce the porosity of the welding seam during welding
of pressure vessels. The heat source of TIG welding is DC arc, the working voltage is 10 ~ 95 volts, but the
current can reach 600 amps.
