Skills Requirement:
1. The roller adopts bimetal centrifugal casting, and the hardness of the outer layer is greater than HRC55;
2. Using high nickel-chromium cast iron or cast steel, the hardness layer is greater than 10mm, the surface is wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant, dense and defect-free;
3. Both ends are 40CR, quenched and tempered with HB230-280;
4. After the assembly is completed, the internal seal is good, and the pressure test (3kg pressure) is carried out, and no water leakage is allowed.
