Product Overview
Hot dipped galvanized barbed wire provides enhanced security when used with fencing systems. Available in various zinc coatings and steel grades for superior corrosion resistance.
Manufacturing Process
Barbed wire is manufactured from single strand wire through twisting and cutting processes, then rolled into required coil sizes. Razor wire features punched steel strips attached to high tensile core wire, available in straight line or concertina spiral configurations.
Material Specifications
Available in multiple steel grades and coating options:
- Electro-galvanized wire: 10-20g/sqm zinc coating
- Hot dipped galvanized wire: 60-80g/sqm zinc coating
- High Zinc Volume galvanized: 200-260g/sqm zinc coating
- Galfan Wire (Zn+5%Al or Zn+10%Al): 200+ g/sqm coating
- Stainless steel wire: SS 304 or 316 grades
- PVC coating available for additional corrosion resistance
