Ball valve flange has a rotation of 90 degrees, and the plug is a sphere, with a circular hole or passage through its axis. The ball valve is mainly used in the pipeline to cut, distribute and change the flow direction of the medium. It only needs to rotate the 90 degree operation and small rotational torque to close the tight. Ball valves are best suited for switches and cut-off valves, but recent developments have designed the ball valves to be used for throttling and controlling flow, such as V ball valves.
