Product Description:
Commutator series motor is a original parts which could keep the motor of DC permanent magnet moving on . it is a multitude of copper elements
insulated (spaced) among each other and reinforced with insulation compound .Each individual copper element is a bar joined on one end via
connection in form of hook or groove with the end of the armature winding coil. Electric current is transferred to commutator through two slip carbon contacts – brushes exerting pressure onto the commutator surface (brush track) by force of a spring.

1. Overspeed test : sustained speed of 4000r/min or more for 5min at 155±5°C.
2. Withstand voltage test : Inter-chip Withstand Voltage ≥ 400V, The Withstand Voltage To Ground ≥ 5000V.
