This project come from a australian steel structure manufacturer. their quality requests is very high. Total workshop area is 3500 sqms, Removing column is the unique feature. You see there many removing columns, This is design not make the trimming joist (chinese standard). But make the central big truss to make all the workshop as a whole. 

During processing period: All the raw material have checked by third party, and also certificate will be neccessary. Tension and strength testing in-house ( we are the only one have this testing machine In Qingdao). All Hand action during cutting will not be allowed,

Before welding: All the welding machine will be checked, and gas must be sufficient to avoid welding line have porosity/ Crators / Cracks . Current will be enough to avoid the welding line not smooth.

Blasting: we make the blasting as 2.0 grade ( australian standard). To ensure there will not rust before painting.

Paint: Within 2 hours after blasting the steel member mustbe painted to gurantee the painting quality. this project we use EPOXY ZINC RICH PRIMER, TWICE PAINT 80 um. After primer paint, we make Epoxy Mio Barrior Paint 40 paint, that paint will ensure all the components will be not rust during long time shipment on the sea.

Inspection: We make the Ultrasonic Testing In-house, Take record and make report in-house. After we check the components that will be ok. then we ask clients' Inspector come to our factory to check if the quality will be good to loading.
