Australian high-way road Q345B SHS post steel farbication service

Steel post project which is come from australian government. will be used in bridge as post. All the processing must be met with AS/NZS 1554.5:2004. and all the material must be G350 minimum standard. There are 2 kinds of post, total quantity is 1840 pcs. all the welding line will be 100% tested by ulstrosonic machine. Third party inspection will be neccessary.

All the welding line must be clean. Ensure NO porosity/No Crators / No Cracks
All the raw material used to produce welded SHS ( square tube) must have certificate and third party inspect. then could be allowed to produce SHS.
All the SHS (square tube), must size tolerance must be within 1mm. all the corner must be same. welding line must be clean
Material cutting must be very smooth. flame gas must be strong enough. No ruffle
Slot must be smooth, No notch. and the all the edge must be radiused to 2mm .
Welding must be groove-weldjoint , Slope angle ≥30° 5mm distance between SHS and base plate.
