Spunlace nonwoven fabric is produced by using high pressure water flow into the web, the fiber winding each other, so that to make original loose fiber have a certain strength and complete structure.The technological process is as follows: fiber measuring mixed - opening except miscellaneous -mechanical mixed and disorderly combed into a net - web prewetting - water, twisted, surface treatment, drying and coiling; and finally make the inspection and pack it into warehouse. Jet spray network device uses high-speed flow of high pressure water jet fabric and make the fiber web rearrange, wrapped around each other, become a complete structure, and have a certain strength and other performance of non-woven fabrics.
