Product Description

GL-3 Nuclear Phase High Voltage Indicator with SF6 Sulphur hexafluoride Switchgear equipment

High voltage electric display devices using neon lamps as display elements are widely used in distribution cabinets. After a long period of operation, a high loss of visibility and extensive damage to neon bubbles are found. In order to compensate for the defect, a neon light running / closing switch was installed on the electric display device, which was in a state of turning off at normal times, thus temporarily deactivating the whole high-voltage electric display device. This treatment loses the role of a high-voltage live display device as a monitor for whether the line side is charged. The brightness of neon lamps is low, especially in bright environments where the brightness is scoured and less visible. Most of the neon high-voltage electric display devices installed in the project are made of plastic cases and are installed in the space between high-voltage devices. Once a short circuit is released inside the switchboard in the course of operation, the high temperature arc may melt the plastic cases of the devices and injure the operators or maintenance personnel.
