Features:

The granulator is a device for direct granulation of discarded thermoplastic bags/films with a wall thickness of less than 2 mm. It can be applied to soft PVC, high-low pressure polyethylene, polystyrene polypropylene and Its thermoplastic waste products or films are pelletized, and waste polystyrene products can also be pelletized.

After the waste is thrown into the machine pot, the material is quickly cut into pieces by the shearing action of the high-speed rotating blade and the fixed blade. The shredded material or sheet flows along the inner surface of the pot body under the centrifugal force of the rotary plate. At the same time, the material under the action of sizing up and down, from around to the direction of the center of the pot body, due to the friction between the material itself at high speed and friction with the pot wall and the blade generates a lot of friction heat, so that the material temperature rose rapidly to half In the plasticized state, they stick together into small pieces. Before the material is about to be agglomerated, the quantitative water that is prepared in advance is sprayed into the material. The cold water meets the hot material and quickly vaporizes, taking away the heat from the surface of the material. The surface is cooled rapidly to prevent agglomeration and then shredded into particles (aggregates of irregular sizes) by the breaking action between the rotating blade and the stationary blade. In the process of crushing, you can also add appropriate pigments for coloring

The pellets produced by this machine can be directly used for extruders and injection machines. For products with strict requirements, they can also be extruded and granulated before being plasticized and used after granulation.
