Features of STPLAS polyethylene film washing plant:
1. Suit for Material: PP PE Film/PP PE Bag/PP Woven Bag
2. Final Product size: 30-40mm or striped.
3. Moisture content remain: <5% after use film squeezing machine or film squeezing cutter machine it can go into extruder directly.
Friction washer machine has some advantages in the complete washing line:
- It has friction and washing two functions.
- There is a drainage hole under the machine
- Special screw suit for plastic film, plastic bags material
Strong Crusher machine:
It can crush both plastic film and plastic bags, if you want to crush the strip size, it just change crusher screen is ok.
STPLAS has four size motor of crusher, 22/37/55/75KW motor power. It depend which capacity you needed.
Film squeezing cutter unit
- Due to many customer told the final film Water content can not go to extruder directly , for this problem ,we research and designed film squeezing cutter one unit.
- If you do the final products for yourself , after film squeezing machine can meet it ,the pellets can go to injection machine or other extruder to make your products. But if you want to sell good sale-pellets, you should buy pelletizing machine to make pellets.
